The 29th anniversary of the National Liberation Day was celebrated in Agdam with a group of intellectuals with the participation of the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emin Huseynov in the liberated territories included in the Karabakh economic region. Rector of Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations among the intellectuals is prof. Huseyn Garashov was also there.
