The organization and planning of scientific-research works of Azerbaijan Academy of Labour and Social Relations are carried out according to the Regulation “About organization and planning of scientific-research works in higher educational institutions”. The Аcademy is guided by the Laws valid on Azerbaijan Republic, the degrees of the President of Azerbaijan Republic, the decisions of the National Assembly, the instructions, decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers and the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic in its scientific activity.

Azerbaijan Academy of Labour and Social Relations carries out the current and perspective planning of scientific-research works. For the period of 2018-2022 years 61 scientific research works on 8 themes have been fulfilled according to the different directions in Azerbaijan Academy of Labour and Social Relations in 2018-2019. Scientific results of scientific-research works are generalized and sent to the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan Republic.
