The "Social partnership, trade union movement and humanitarian subjects" department is the main educational and scientific structural department of the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations, teaching, methodical, scientific-research, scientific-pedagogical and scientific staff training in one or more related disciplines, re- prepares, increases their qualifications and carries out educational work among students. 21 teachers are engaged in teaching subjects in the department. 2 of them are doctors of sciences, professors, 2 are doctors of philosophy, associate professors, 5 are doctors of philosophy. In 2013-2017, 3 monographs, 2 textbooks, 5 teaching aids, 11 methodological aids and subject programs, 79 articles (7 articles abroad), 10 theses were printed by the department's employees.
