Mohbaliyev, son of Fahrad Firudin

He has been working in higher education institutions since 1976.

In 1979-1983, he completed the post-graduate studies of the Azerbaijan Institute of National Economy and defended his candidate's thesis. In many educational institutions: Azerbaijan State University of Arts, Azerbaijan State Academy of Physical Education and Sports, he held various positions as a senior teacher, associate professor, head of the "Social and Social Sciences" department, deputy dean.

In 2017, he was elected as the head of the "Economy and Management" department at the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations.

Since 2018, by order of the rector, he has been appointed to the position of vice-rector for teaching and scientific affairs of the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations.

He is a doctor of philosophy in economics, associate professor, honored teacher. "Economic theory. Micro and Macroeconomics", "Physical education and sports economy", "Physical education and sports economy. Marketing", "Socio-economic foundations of sports and tourism. He is the author of textbooks, scientific monographs and textbooks, and more than 60 scientific articles.

In 2010, he was awarded the honorary title of "Emerited Teacher" by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
