The Student Trade Union Committee of the AESMA, with the support of higher organizations, helps to improve the conditions of students' education, provide financial support for difficult life situations, and provide employment.

The AESMA Student Trade Union Committee protects the legal rights of students in education, life, recreation, treatment, labor, sports, etc. The Student Trade Union Committee ensures the participation of student activists in improving the educational process, strengthening national ideology work, strengthening class attendance, proper and efficient organization of leisure time, and positive solutions to social and life problems, and ensures the close participation of students in meetings, conferences, and other gatherings. The AESMA Student Trade Union Committee carries out the necessary organizational work for students to become members of scientific associations, student scientific societies, and continue their scientific research. The chairman of the faculty of the organization is a full member of the Faculty Scientific Council, and the chairman of the committee is a full member of the Academic Council of the Academy. The Student Union, together with the Academy's management, awards students who are active in education and social work, provides one-time assistance to students in need, and discusses and approves the Academy's internal disciplinary rules regarding students.

The Student Trade Union Committee operating at the Academy, together with the rector's office and other organizations, regularly holds competitions and events related to education, science, amateur art, sports, and other areas of social activity.
