"Knowledge Day" Held at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the AHIK

"Knowledge Day" was celebrated at the Academy of Labor and Social Relations of the Azerbaijan Trade Unions Confederation (AHIK) to mark the start of the new academic year.

The proceedings began with the playing of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan, followed by a minute of silence to honor the memory of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev and the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the territorial integrity of the homeland.

Speaking at the event, Musa Mirzayev, Deputy Chairman of the AHIK, congratulated the teachers, students, and parents on the start of the new academic year. Highlighting the state's support for youth and education in the country, Mirzayev emphasized the vital role of education in developing human capital and wished the students success in their academic pursuits.

Farid Babayev, Acting Rector of the Academy, provided an overview of the efforts being made to enhance the quality of instruction, expand modern educational opportunities, and implement innovative approaches at the institution. Araz Pashayev, Chairman of the Republican Committee of the Trade Union of Science and Education Workers—a member organization of AHİK—encouraged students to take advantage of the educational opportunities available in the country and the favorable learning environment at the Academy, and to continuously develop their knowledge and skills.

Vusala Asgarova, a parent, expressed her satisfaction with the conditions created at the Academy for the students' comprehensive education and development, and thanked the teachers who contribute to shaping the young people into highly qualified specialists.

As part of the event, students and parents familiarized themselves with the educational facilities and conditions at the Academy.
