On May 13, 2026, a three-day training program on “Youth Employment, Social Responsibility and Rights” was launched at the Azerbaijan Academy of Labor and Social Relations.

A presentation on “Current Situation of Youth in the Labor Market” was held on the first day of the training program. The presentation provided detailed information about the challenges faced by young people in the labor market, employment opportunities and current development prospects.

A training on “Volunteering and Public Initiatives” was also organized as part of the program. The training participants were provided with information about the role of volunteering in personal development, the formation of a sense of social responsibility and increasing public activism.

It should be noted that the training program will continue until May 15. In the following days, training will be held for participants on internship programs, volunteer work opportunities, gender equality and prevention of discrimination, emotional intelligence, as well as responsible behavior on social media.
