At the Academy of Labour and Social Relations of Azerbaijan, a training on the topic “Organizational Culture and Communication with Citizens” was successfully held.

The main purpose of the training was to provide participants with theoretical and practical knowledge about the principles of forming organizational culture, effective communication skills, and proper communication strategies with citizens.

During the interactive session, participants discussed real-life situations and received recommendations on improving service quality and applying standards of professional conduct.
