Holding meetings, discussions and scientific-research activities with state bodies, non-governmental organizations, scientific research centers, educational institutions in order to resolve relevant issues related to gender studies, as well as organizing these activities in the field of gender, mutually or independently, in connection with the adopted decisions, laws, orders and other normative-legal documents. Organizing seminars on ensuring gender equality in the activities of non-governmental organizations and Trade Unions.

The Center's action plan:

1. Conducting educational training on the topic of "Fighting Domestic Violence" together with the Shelter and Social Rehabilitation Institution for Persons from Vulnerable Population Groups of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
2. Conducting discussions on the topic of gender-based violence and the psychological effects of gender inequality.
3. Holding a Scientific-Practical Conference on the topic of “Gender Equality” with the participation of students at the AESMA
4. Organizing talks on explaining the main directions of state policy on ensuring gender equality. Conducting roundtable discussions on the topic of “Rights related to gender equality” in labor legislation. Organizing an educational event dedicated to the duties of the state and the employer in ensuring gender equality. Conducting roundtable discussions on equality in remuneration, providing explanations regarding employment contracts, and ensuring equal opportunities in education, gender equality in economic and social relations.
5. Organizing discussions on the topic of “Gender Equality: - Women and Social Problems”.
