Based on the principles of the "Bologna Process", it organizes teaching at the master's level, trains research-oriented and academic staff, involves professors and teaching staff in the master's education process, organizes national and international conferences, seminars and scientific discussions for master's students, uses the acquisition and application of new scientific knowledge and technologies in education, economy and social spheres in the educational process, and integrates education, science and production by creating mutually beneficial relations between scientific-research and scientific-pedagogical, as well as innovation organizations.

Master's degree education is carried out using a credit system based on the rules approved by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Note: * The duration of study is 1.5 years. Since the defense of a master's thesis is not provided for this specialization, the content cannot be continued in doctoral studies.

Individuals who complete the master's level are awarded the higher scientific-specialized degree of "master"
