A bachelor's degree is the first level of higher education and provides training for broad-based specialists in relevant specialties in accordance with the classification of bachelor's specialties (programs) approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Bachelor's degree programs are taught on a credit-based basis, based on regulations approved by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with the requirements of the state higher education standard.
