Master's Department

The Master's Department organizes an educational process that meets the educational standards of the Master's level of education. It has been operating as a separate department since September 2022. Currently, the department is accepting applications for the specialties of "Economics", "Finance", "Accounting and Audit" and "Social Work" (Specializations: "Regulation of the Economy", "Valuation", "Economy of Tourism", "Banking", "Accounting and Audit in the Service Sector", "Financial Markets", "Organization of Insurance Business", "Social Work in Various Areas of Life", "Work with Youth").

The department organizes education at the master's level based on the principles of the "Bologna Process", trains research-oriented and academic staff, involves professors and teaching staff in the master's education process, organizes national and international conferences, seminars and scientific discussions for master's students, uses the acquisition and application of new scientific knowledge and technologies in education, economy and social spheres in the educational process, integrates education, science and production through the creation of mutually beneficial relations between scientific-research and scientific-pedagogical, as well as innovation organizations.

The department prepares and directs action plans, communicates related information to educators, employees, and students operating at the Academy, and monitors the results of its activities. The department operates in close cooperation with the departments of "Economics and Management", "Finance and Accounting" and "Human Resources and Social Sciences".

Education at the master's level is provided for 2 years in all specialties. During the study period, students are taught basic and additional subjects in their specialties. At the end, the master's students defend their dissertation and are awarded the master's degree.

The department is headed by Associate Professor Shabanov Zeynaddin Musannif oglu.
